You may be charged for any damages to facilities or exhibits within the exhibition and experience halls.
Please refrain from any behavior or unnecessary physical contact that may cause discomfort to other guests.
Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited, except for bottled water.
Pregnant women, the elderly, and guests under the influence of alcohol may be restricted from using the facilities.

Please do not lean on or climb over the artworks and facilities.
Safety is our top priority. Please be careful not to bump into facilities or fall on stairs during your visit.

Horror School in Jeju
Please store your mobile phones and personal belongings in the lockers before entering.
All props and items are officially registered artworks. You may be held liable for damages if you touch or intentionally damage them.
Safety is our top priority. We do not recommend this experience for pregnant women, the elderly, or those with nervous system disorders such as heart disease, claustrophobia, or panic disorders. Group leaders are requested to carefully assess the health conditions of their members before participating.

Tangerine Kart
Only guests who are middle school age or older AND at least 150cm tall are allowed to drive a single-seater kart.
Children can ride in a two-seater kart, but it must be driven by an adult guardian.
Please store all personal belongings in the lockers before boarding the kart.
Safety training by our staff will be conducted after boarding. Group leaders, please ensure students focus on the training and guide them through the safety rules beforehand.
At Tangerine Kart, customer safety is our utmost priority. Reckless driving may result in immediate removal from the ride at the staff's discretion, without refunds or re-rides.
We highly recommend wearing pants and sneakers. (Complimentary pants rental service is available for guests wearing skirts.)

Running Man
Safety incidents such as shortness of breath occasionally occur due to excessive physical exertion. While staff members are always on standby, we ask group leaders to brief students in advance for a safe experience.
Tetris: Beware of getting your fingers caught between the hydraulic cylinders.
Moving R-Ball: Beware of bumping into the stainless steel frame.
Hill Climb: Beware of falling on the steep slope.
Shuttle Run: We highly recommend wearing sneakers, as participating barefoot or in slippers may lead to injuries.
Rolling Challenge: You must watch the instruction video and maintain the exact posture shown. Failure to do so may result in finger pinching accidents.
